Trying to find peer reviewed journals on consumer interaction is a bitch!
I found this fantastic journal that I dont think is peer reviewed, and needs to be paid for to get the full article.
But the abstract talks about some brilliant points that would relate really well to our project. I wish I could find out if it is peer reviewed at all or not.

I've printed it out, and I also have all my own literature I've collected from work as well.
How is everyone else going with their research??
